PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY:

Payment due prior to beginning the Program or on the 1st day of the month.

All Purchases to be used within noted duration (Monthly or Quarterly).

A return check charge of $30 will be charged for all returned checks. All other bank charges incurred by IRA, LLC as a result of your returned check will also be charged to your account.

No refunds will be issued by Inspiration Riding Academy, LLC.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Our cancellation policy is that 48-hour notice is required.

For illnesses a 24-hour notice is required (see below for emergencies).

All lessons canceled without proper notice will be charged at their normal rate.

Students are responsible for scheduling make-up sessions within program duration.

Lessons not taken within program duration (Monthly Or Quarterly) will be forfeited.

Weather cancellations - if weather forces us to cancel, then the following month will be prorated (payment will still be due on the first).

Emergencies - Each family will receive one emergency cancellation per semester (less then 24 hours) at no charge.

Unenrollment from Program - we require one months’ notice of your intent to stop lessons.

 

 DRESS

Riders must wear a boot/shoe with a flat sole and heel (to prevent foot from sliding thru the stirrup). Paddock boots are preferred as they are designed more for English riding. There are synthetic affordable options sold at the Happy Horse Tack shop in Fort Collins. All riders must also wear a riding helmet, we have helmets here to borrow until you have your own. Long pants required, stretchy pants (like leggings) are better than loose fitting jeans as they don't rub while riding. For Winter months, please make sure your child has a coat and gloves to protect them from the cold.
